Why for Midlife Women?
I am a wife, a daughter, a mum, a friend, a class rep and an active member of society. I get it. I get that we are juggling so many balls that it can feel impossible to find time for ourselves — let alone set goals, never mind achieve them.
I get that we may still be carrying a childhood tragedy, a teenage rejection, a career that never quite took off, health scares, grief — whether that's the loss of a person or the end of a relationship — the worry of raising kids, the weight of caring for parents… all of this alongside an ever-changing and at times frightening world. Add hormonal changes into the mix and we can, quite literally, become a hot mess.
As a Therapeutic Life Coach, Midlife Health Coach, Restorative Movement Specialist and Women’s Circle Holder, I also bring insight and training into some of the non-conscious and physiological factors that may be quietly getting in the way of you living your fullest life.
I am also on a personal journey with Tarot — not as fortune-telling, but as a powerful tool for intuition, self-reflection and tuning into what the universe is quietly trying to tell us. I strongly believe that when we learn to listen — to our bodies, our instincts and the signs around us — we find our own answers.
Empowering women since 2015
My professional story began fifteen years ago in Geneva, where — exhausted, physically broken and emotionally lost after two pregnancies and deliveries — a friend dragged me to a Pilates class. Those 55 minutes on the mat changed everything. I felt stronger, calmer and more myself than I had in years. I knew I wanted to help other women feel that too. On returning to London I trained as an advanced Pilates instructor, and from there my curiosity took over. I devoured books on muscles, tendons and fascia. I trained with Burrell Education in women's fitness, wellbeing and nutrition. I studied the Franklin Method® — a revolutionary mind-body movement philosophy — and became a specialist in pelvic floor health.
Then came COVID. I lost my sense of smell and taste entirely, which knocked out my digestive system, my memory and my energy. Rather than taking the pharmaceutical route, I worked with a Functional Medicine Practitioner, overhauling my diet and embracing radical self-care — and it worked. That experience lit a fire in me. Inspired by what nutritional and lifestyle medicine could do, I went on to complete a Health Coach Diploma with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, and later trained specifically in menopause and perimenopause support — because my passion for helping women has always mirrored my own needs, and midlife was calling.
If any of this resonates — even a little — I would love to hear from you.
